Membership is optional and is not required to book any treatment. The annual fee is $149 for the first year (regularly $199) and renews automatically each year at the then-current rate unless cancelled beforehand. You will be notified before renewal and may cancel at any time by calling 205-202-0881 or emailing [email protected]. Membership fees are not treatment credits and are non-refundable once the first member benefit has been used.

How is flat-rate pricing different from per-unit pricing?
Most practices bill by the unit, so the total isn't known until treatment is finished. At STILL, each treatment level is one fixed price that covers all units administered during that treatment. The price you see when booking is the price at checkout.
Which treatment level should I choose?
You don't need to decide alone. Book the level that sounds closest to what you have in mind, and your provider will confirm or adjust the plan during your complimentary consultation before anything begins.
Who performs the treatment?
Treatments are performed by licensed providers under physician-led medical direction.
How long does it take, and is there downtime?
Appointments run about 20 minutes start to finish. Your provider will review aftercare, expected timing, and possible side effects with you during your visit.
Can I pay over time?
Financing is available through Cherry Technologies. Terms and approval are subject to Cherry's lending criteria, and STILL Studios is not the lender. Ask at your appointment or apply before you arrive.
Do I need a membership?
No. Membership is entirely optional and every treatment is available at the standard flat rate without it.
